Every year John and I gather our crew and head down the coast about 45 minutes to a beautiful spot by Avila Beach called See Canyon. It is chock full of apple orchards and little farms tucked back off a narrow road. It is gorgeous and we always have such fun tasting apples, having a traffic jam with wild turkeys, drinking fresh-pressed cider and getting some flavored honey sticks for the ride home. Visiting See Canyon during the apple season always makes me feel beyond blessed with the beauty of nature and the love of my family. It’s always a special day.  

I’m hoping we can visit again before the season is over!
