Royal Icing 101:

Let’s start the year off right by learning all the ins and outs of icing. Getting the right consistencies of icing is foundational and can make all the difference in how our cookies look, and can even make the difference if decorating is fun or stressful!  We will be mixing up a batch of Royal icing together in class, creating several consistencies, and experimenting with what each consistency is used for.
