Lemon Sugar Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 C butter, softened
- 2 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 t lemon oil
- zest & juice of 1 lemon
- 1 heaping T lemon curd
- 2 lbs flour (6 C)
- 1 t salt
- 1 T baking powder
Instructions

In a mixer, cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, lemon oil, zest, juice, and curd. Mix well.

Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl.

Gradually add flour mixture to mixer and mix until combined. If dough seems a little too sticky, add 1/2 C additional flour.

Roll out dough to 1/4″ thick, cut into desired shapes and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
