This month we cookie island style at McGoo U. Imagine a toasted coconut cookie under a bright tropical color palette and this fun summery Hawaiian themed set at your pool party! We’ll spell out aloha in flirty florals, rustic bamboo and a beautiful plumeria. Next we take the set from fun to TIKI-riffic by creating some toothy tiki faces.
Lots of techniques and lots of cookies in this month: wet on wet, piping, creating texture, dimensional piping, and painting.
The fantastical and magical Professor Monica Holbert of Cookie Cowgirl joins us in the Expert Lab where she dissects the hows and whys of Frankenfrosting and teaches us everything we wanted to know about the benefits and uses of this creativity enabling creation and how to make it. It’s alive!

In this episode of After School Yoli Idos, Monica Holbert, Georganne Bell, Laurie Anglen, Andrea Walters, and I read some real comments received in the cookie sphere from real people… I wish we were kidding!
