We are happy to announce a brand new feature here at McGoo U: Honors Course!  These classes are taught by creative cookie masterminds and are a detailed look into the step by step process of a unique cookie design, specific technique, or process and loaded with tips and tricks to help you along the way.  The Honors Courses are an extended learning experience and will be on a variety of topics and taught by a variety of teachers.

Our very first Honors Course teacher is Laurie Anglen of Cookie Bliss!  She teaches a beautiful and detailed cookie bride design, perfect for the upcoming wedding season.  From her beaded, sheer veil to her sweet face you will love learning all the diverse techniques and making your own custom bride.  

It was amazing to watch Laurie work and create, because it opened my eyes to a new way to plan and organize a cookie design.  She shows us her “cookie map” and how it guides her through every step of decorating (which could be a whole class by itself!).
